Our agency provides comprehensive employment services and mental health awareness. We are native Washingtonian with a clear mission for our residents of The District of Columbia to be successful with programs and services that identify the entire person. Who Receives Pre-ETS?
All students who are potentially eligible can request and receive Pre-ETS. To be eligible for services, the student must be between the ages of 14-21 and must be eligible for Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 or have a documented disability.
Part 1 of our Job Readiness Training program is designed for individuals with little to no work experience or who have been out of the workforce for a extended period of time. Our six-week course helps individuals get ready for competitive employment through videos, lectures, guest speakers, worksite tours and job shadowing experiences. Part II focuses on getting ready for competitive employment.
